Getting warmer here. 4 miles easy today.

Run/bike combo, both with a buddy.
Ran 4k, easy to moderate. Saving something for Wednesday's race. But we previewed 80% of the trail for tomorrow's race.

37*C. It had cracked 100F but might have cooled off slightly. Glad I held back (and also rode the bike portion super easy as well)
