7 miles. It was absolutely gorgeous, hug 70sF and low humidity. Not a cloud in the sky.

My longest run to date!(Since 2004 anyway).

It was the quintessential summer day here.  No humidity, fat fluffy clouds, warm, breezy.  Like something out of a tourism commercial.

I did my 4k as directed.  Felt good.
