Got 5 miles in and about a 1/2 mile cool down walk. Just as I reached home it started to rain. Gotta love it when that happens.

Half marathon this morning, 1:24 and a new state record for my age group. It was a perfect day to run, 45 at the start with just a slight breeze.

Mile warm up. Did a recon run route of a 5K I'm helping organize. Then 2K to finish off.

As I should have anticipated the fair sucked 16 hours of every day this past few days, so no runs for me, but I walked 30 or 40,000 steps a day so there's that!
