9K early morning run to beat incoming rain.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

5.75 miles and 6 strides. I took yesterday off but my legs did not feel fresh, hopefully that improves before a 10K race I have Saturday. I managed to get the run in between bouts of rain.
