Another hilly 3 miles. Temperature at 52° so no need of jacket today. Sprinkled in some strides but nothing really planned out. Had another chemo infusion Friday and I'm amazed how there seems to be no real side effects even after doing this for almost a year now.

4.3 recovery miles. It was absolutely gorgeous outside!

New York City Marathon, 3:06 and change which was enough for 4th in my age group, and officially a bronze medal for the Marathon Majors World Championship age group standings. Held onto 7:01 pace through 20, slowed some toward the end, but held on okay.
