First run after Friday's chemo infusion. Did a 3 mile fartlek run. Felt really well rested and ready to pick up where I left off.  Weather was off and on mist and bit warmer at 50°F.

10 miles on the treadmill. I had a 13 mile run planned outside but my union contract vote took all day 10 miles on a treadmill for me is like 20 miles outside lol

Worked a Santa Shuffle race this afternoon. We were short staffed, so a lot of solo lifting of equipment. Got out for 8.65K after getting home.
