3 miles of interval work on a gray but thankfully dry Monday.

6.25 and strides. 23° and felt like 23°F. Dark but thankfully no wind.

Maybe posting here will get me to keep my sorry ass moving. 

Today was my first run in almost a month due to travel and insanely cold weather where I was for January.  So a mere 1.5 miles for me this morning in balmy 25F temps with no wind.  Warmest weather I've been in since December.

I did 7.1 fairly sluggish miles with a friend. Still icy and treacherous in places, but 90% dry pavement.
