8.7 miles ahead of a morning thunderstorm, mostly on rolling grass trails at a park. One of my favorite places to run. Threw in 5 or 6 pick-ups of about 15-25 seconds.

Same 2.25 mile run for me this morning.  Today was gorgeous out and there's not much better than to end a run looking across the ocean.

4 hilly miles on a nice 53° late morning run. First run this year for me wearing just a tee shirt and shorts.
