Missed a few weeks of posting runs which were intermittent due to travel.  Did 2.25 this morning in 78 and muggy weather.  My last run was last Wednesday in Maine and it was 47 degrees.  NOT a smooth transition to warmer temp running! 🥵

Yup, rocketed from the usual highs in the low 60°F this month so far, to the high 80°F today with the humidity.

Huffed and puffed through 12K.

A bit over 7 miles and some strides. My watch said this one one of the hardest workouts I've done in months but I think that was mainly because it was 91°F out lol
