[Fast Eddie]

Tweaked my back a bit this morning doing lawn and hedge clean up and trimming. Humidity pushing into the 90°Fs. Easy late afternoon 8K. 

[Loco Coyote]

High humidity and warm, not quite hot but uncomfortably dripping.
10.2 miles with 6X 1mile at 10K effort (which turned out to be about 10 seconds slower per mile.

2 mile warm up, 6 miles alternating pace(5:57, 6:28, 5:51, 6:21, 5:42, 6:12), and a 2 mile cool down on the cinder rail trail.

It was 79°F and oppressively humid which made it feel like a much faster effort.
