[Loco Coyote]

7 with a couple runners from our team; ranks are sort of depleted with some travel and some injuries holding people back. It's a drive, but we run crushed limestone on a rail trail and there is someone to talk to so I make this trip about once or twice a month.

Touch of humidity in the air, but still great running weather. Legs a little stiff though. 10.33K

I snuck in a 6 mile run with strides on my half hour lunch at work today. Took me more than half an hour lol
