Slightly humid from last night's thunderstorms, but still nice. 10.5K

2 mile warm up, 25 x 200 meter at 5k pace w/ 200 jog between, a bit over 2 miles for a cool down. Total of 10.3 miles with all the intervals on the track and the warm up and cool down on the road.

Felt pretty good, temp was 80°F with a real feel of 81°F.
