[Fast Eddie]

Got out a little early just before 9am to beat some of the heat. Still not pleasant, feeling around 95°F. Made three water fountain stops on my 10.5K sweaty jaunt.

Just got back about a half hour ago from a 5.25 mile run with some strides. It was 94°F with a real feel of 98°F so a bit nasty.

8 miles in the morning with our masters running group (I think there were 10 of us doing 7-8 miles). Warm and humid, 70s and dewpoint of 70.
