Pretty nice summer day. Feeling a little tired, but got 12.3K in.

Snuck in a lunch run. 6 miles and strides for 6.3 miles total. A little tired from yesterday's long run but everything seemed to be in working order.

Got a bit warm but the humidity was non existent so it was nice.

Ran a 7 mile recovery run with a couple of friends, AQ index better but still in the low 100s. Last day of the heat wave.
