Woke up early for 8 miles a strides.

It was only 6AM so the temp was only 70°F but the humidifier was 98% so another drenched run.

I on the other hand waited till evening for some of the heat to lessen. T-shirt was still soaked with sweat after a 10.75K run. 
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
