5 miles today. Warm, but managed to stay in the shade for most of it. Planned to do all as easy, but pretty hilly so ended up half easy and half tempo.

8.3 miles, including a 1 mile road race. I don't really like racing the mile anymore but needed to post a time for the all-state ranking system they have here.

3 mile warm up, 8 mile at threshold (6:14 avg), and a 4 mile cool down for 14 miles.

I set out intending on doing 11 at threshold but it was 100% humidity and I just couldn't hack any more reasonably. My shoes and socks were soaked and it didn't rain and I didn't step in any puddles or wet grass. First time I've ever had that
