17 miles with about 13.5 at a pretty good clip (7:15-7:20 per miles) average. 66 miles for the week.

Did a double today. 6.6 miles this morning and 5.6 this afternoon. Another stupid humid day.

77 miles on the week, my highest ever total.

Busy day at work, so easy 5.5K in the evening. 
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
