Double trouble.
10 miles AM with 5X1 mile at 10K effort. First one was on the track to calibrate and the next four were on roads/paths to incorporate some hills (hilly 10K coming up). avg 6:18

3.9 miles easy-moderate on some rolling trails at a nearby park.
