5K today on another beautiful sunny cool and dry day. Picked one of my more hilly routes.

Another pre dawn run. Today's weather warranted a hat and light gloves, I think it was 35°F. 2 mile warm up, 8x400 meter starting at 80 seconds and working down to 73 seconds w/200 meter jog between then 8x200 meter at mile effort w/ 200 jog between, and a 2 mile cool down.

A good 5k tune up.

Trying to be good to my slowing healing piriformis. Light 5K. Waited to late afternoon, so it warmed up enough for shorts & tee.
