That coworker needs a little punch in the throat.

He claims it was because it wasn't labeled...it had only been in the fridge a couple hours...I hardly think it needed to be labeled.

triciaflower

Maybe HE stole the laptop! "Hey.. it wasn't labeled!"

Ended up having raisin bran for dinner. Could have been a lot worse.

We had pizza. Then they cam and delivered a second pizza (and a free bottle of Coke!!) because they messed up the first one. Now we have a whole pizza in our fridge. And a bottle of coke. We don't really drink cokes anymore. I might take it to the shop and give it away to one of the employees. College kids love free shit.

That sounds like a good plan, tricia. Sorry they screwed up the pizza to begin with!

I found a local place yesterday that does gluten free flat bread pizzas...  *aaaaaah*  it was tasty.

Well, I skipped 3 runs. And I've been eating macaroni and cheese every day since Saturday.  But I'm down a pound this week so far.  (THe one I gained last week).  I have one more serving left.  I wonder if it will freeze.  I'm kind of over it right now.
Ellen stole my joy and I want it back!

I can't entirely ignore.

Tricia, I will ignore with my fingers crossed.

Yesterday and today I had the same thing for lunch: charentais melon with prosciutto. It is a very temporary special at the bakery and it tastes wonderful, but I am starving just 2 hours after lunch!

Last night we had salad for dinner: romaine, heirloom tomato, avocado, a tiny bit of ham and green beans. It was very good. Oh, and two pieces of toast. I wanted butter but we had none that was in a spreadable state.

I will have a different lunch tomorrow, that's for sure. I feel I could a cow right about now.

I will ignore with my fingers crossed and vibes. And hugs.

VP that sounds like a delicious lunch, but yeah, I would need more.

I have had it three times and the first time it came with some bread and butter. Makes all the difference.

I found the leftover goulash from Saturday in the work fridge. It was only a few bites, but it took the edge off!

I better have lost another half lb by tomorrow morning...  >:(   :D

Ahhhh, yes, bread and butter would make a delicious difference. :D

So my stolen snack was a cheese stick. Today he brought in 3 cheese sticks as replacement because he felt bad.

DH and signed our refi last night (3.75 % baby!) and then went out to dinner to celebrate. I had ribs, fries (and mayo, natch), green beans with corn and peppers and two glasses of wine and enjoyed every bite. Now it is back to austerity though!

we sign ours on Wednesday  8) we have been trying to refi for 3+ years and we are getting 3.75% down from our current 7%  :e)

Thanks. So sorry for that. I needed to vent. I had written out a long post with a lot more info, but I got spooked because I don't usually open up here at all, so I deleted it.

My eating has been awesome today! Except for breakfast, which was pizza. Everything else was clean and in my plan. My weight has stabilized, so I'm expecting to lose a couple next week. This week, I'm focusing on clean, fresh, healthful foods. One meal at a time.

I ran today and I am still sore from Saturday. WTF? My legs were screaming by the end of 5 miles.

I am SO happy for you.   :fingers: until it's done.  We went down to 3.75 earlier this year from the 4's and it was nice, your change will be SO nice.

So I am still not working out -- most of the bruises are getting better but my foot isn't 100% yet for walking fast; running can wait a few more days.  I'm maintaining my weight (through likely losing muscle) but not losing.  I think I'm going to try TRX today if it doesn't hurt too much to brace myself with the foot.

:doglick: :cat: :purr: :bitchfight: <-----  Jessica asked me to post this for you  :)
