HUGE hugs for you, RA.  I wish there were something I could do to make it easier on you.  I know you don't want to talk about what's going on, but if you do, we're here for you.

How are you doing with sleep?  Are you getting some?

Hugs to you RA.

I have fallen off the exercise wagon.  Kids are off the nap train.  I'm off my rocker.

Training was more punishment than I expected with more to come.

 Bolloxd.  It takes a bit to settle back in.  And I'm sad to say that staying on the workout wagon gets a lot tougher when you go back to work, but hopefully you'll find a way to make it happen.

so i was up a few lbs this morning and was like, darn all that bread i have been eating, but then i got my period, FOUR DAYS EARLY tonight, so maybe that was all it was and why i wanted so much bread :D And why my boobs hurt over the weekend. And i have been really really cranky. And maybe that is why i have been nauseous, crazy hormones.  :fiery:

So it looks like I gained 5 pounds on vacation. Sigh...I didn't eat THAT much.  :(

i gained almost twice that when i got married.  i was not eating that much but it was all eating out, unlike at home, where it is all cooking at home.

You'll take it off, MM, as long as you get back into your workout routine now that you're home.

We went out for Mexican last night to a place that has the world's best refried bean dip.  Pretty sure I put on 5 lbs just last night but am not stepping on the scale.  :yikes:

that sounds yum!!!

so Badwater emailed asking if people wanted to buy any additional finisher's shirts and i said yes, and i wanted a men's shirt, the RD emailed me back and basically accused me of buying the shirt for someone who was not a finisher. I was like, omg, i just do not want a tight fitting shirt!!  :-[ wtf? seriously?

That's not very nice. I hope he gives you the shirt you want.

Thinking of you, RA, and hoping you're doing ok.

MM, no doubt you'll take it off once you're back in a good routine.

Bolloxd, hope the training is going well. I am always exhausted from that kind of stuff and have a hard time putting exercise into the mix when I'm jammed up in meetings, workshops, etc. It wipes me out.

Speaking of wiped out, I am tired. I mean really tired. Tired of peeing on sticks and tired of lots of things. I just found out that the couple we're vacationing with next week are preggo, like due in 2 months. It just made me feel like everyone around us is moving forward and we're stuck. I'm so tired of what we've been going through. Then I felt awful for not just being happy for our friends and for thinking about myself. The anniversary of last year's loss (right at this time) is hitting me hard. I am just out of ways to deal with it right now.

But I didn't eat junk. So there's that.

I can't relate to exactly what you're going through, but can definitely relate to feeling left behind as those around you move forward.

cgraz,

I ate nachos for dinner last night, and my fingers are swollen up like little pink sausages.  Apparently it was more salt than I needed.  :D

Really?  TJMaxx is selling the adidas jackets from Boston marathon 2012. As far as I know, you can wear whatever you want.

yeah. Totally accused me of buying the shirt for someone else. The woman's shirt from last year was so small i could not wear it, total disappointment (this is the first time they ever had any to sell after the race) and this year at the finish line i asked for a mens and the mens med was actually a bit snug (wtf?) so i asked him now for a mens lg.  :eyeroll:

I need to just find a bridge to hide under until I can get my shit together. I've totally backslid. Backslided? Eh, whatever. Point being, I love me some Reese's Minis. :mad2:

My first thought also. And hugs to RA too, but I agree with Courtney and Debba too that you should be careful to get worn out. Easy to say, I know.

Debba! Get out from under that bridge! Hiding is no good, you need to get out in the open and forsake the Reese's whatchamacallits. ;)

I got nothing interesting to report. No wait, I do! I had a Milky Way candy bar yesterday, first time in a long time. It was so not worth it, which I am quite happy about. I won't have any trouble skipping them. Well, until that box of Thin Mint candy bars in the freezer at work is empty, that is... :d

Thanks, VP. Reese's Minis and Whatchamacalits are actually two different things. Both delicious, though, LOL. :D

And I'd give my right arm for some of each right now.
