Stop that!  :fiery:

Nice to have you back. Not nice that you need to be smacked, but missed your part in the conversation here!

So, I've been on the probiotics for a week now, and there is a definite difference in my issues.  I've pooped more in the past week than ever in my life.  Which is definitely a good thing!  :D

Thank you for sharing this...

Courtney,
Well played!

I poop more than everyone on this board combined...so when folks talk about NOT going, my little ears perk up.

Sad. But true.

We aren't exactly shy about sharing TMI type info here, and I know several others had been interested in probiotics.  I'm kind of surprised!

Good to see you, Porty!  :)

Wtpj: there's a few of us on here that are primarily GF so if you have any questions, speak up.  It hasn't been quite as hard as I would have expected although I'm definitely not 100%; I think part of what made it easier for me was not even trying all the GF breads, mixes, etc.
Sufficient unto the day is one baby. As long as you are in your right mind don't you ever pray for twins. Twins amount to a permanent riot; and there ain't any real difference between triplets and a insurrection.

Thnx for the support!
I'm trying some of my own pea-brained experiments at this time.
Oy. giving up gluten for 30+ days seems worse torture than spending the holidays with my in-laws. Oy.

The dude at walgreens said they were all pretty similar, so I picked Nature Made triple probiotic.

Wtpj, sounds like you have food allergy.  Maybe wheat, maybe soy, maybe something else.  But your little "pea-brained experiments" are exactly the right way to figure it out.  I hope it's something simple like gluten intolerance because as others have pointed out, it's not all that difficult to cut wheat out of your diet.  Much easier than talking yourself into running long distances on a regular basis.  And, it's not very often that you get to solve a problem that's been plaguing you for decades.  :fingers:

So the husband and I had a big argument this morning and he drove off all pissed off leaving me home all upset.

So I managed to avoid the urge to eat and went out running instead! Yay...a win. And I did 8 miles because he eventually came to his senses and found me in the park but I was already over half done...so I ran / walked extra.

I always have a really good run when i am angry :D Except at Badwater, I got pissed at DH (who was not even on my crew) and i kicked up my pace and overheated  :fiery: Good job not going for the food. I am at the point where there is just nothing yummy beside fruit in the house :D it sucks. LOL

Fionn mac Cumhail :Meri will rise from the casket and beat you...and then run one last Badwater before burying herself.
