Need quick help covering my ganache-topped bundt pan cake!

Gah!  Made a cake in a bundt pan and am getting ready to make the ganache.  I don't have a glass dome - how the heck do I use foil or ???? to keep it fresh?

do you have a large bowl of any type, which would fit over the cake+plate?  a stock pot?

you could probably create some sort of rube goldberg doohickey with skewers and a paper plate and cling wrap...

Do you have a box in the house that the platter with the cake could fit in? for Xmas i had a large bundt cake that was frosted and i put it in a cardboard box for transport.

Go to BB&B or Target and buy one of these!



They aren't expensive and come in very handy.

i have something like cgraz suggests, but it fits on any standard dinner plate.  i have no idea where i bought it, but it's worth its weight in gold.  if you can find one, BUY IT.
