Holy cow, yeah, humid.

Yoga this morning and even that was a little soupy as the Y's AC couldn't quite keep up. Unintended hot yoga.

Then 30 min of slogging around at a decent pace in the humidity. I thought I'd do worse, but was actually ok.

Now it will just take me the rest of the day to stop sweating.

I ran 9 miles easy.  No hills.

Weighed myself before (179.2) and after (175.2).

I did Broga yesterday and I was so, so sore today.  9 with 3x 1mi at 6:38, 6:32, 6:31....78* and 80% humidity.  September can suck my big toe.
