Hi all. Today I went for a 1hour and half of trail run. Slow rithm.  I felt a bit out of training ... but wonderful. Steps. Hot shower. I feel brand new. O0

caito

5 miles easy.  Meeting my trainer later for a new strength program.

Running rest day today. Getting slightly more used to the idea of rest days, post-triathlon, now that there's not so much to do. Sigh. May do some light yoga later, just to stretch out.
This space for rent.

Ice Cream

4.5 miles. Went well, in spite of the cold I have.

I also had a great trail run. 6 miles, by myself, very sauna-like and slow, but I felt pumped afterwards.

If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Day 3 of nothing but complete rest. And wine.

I love it! I like how it takes more concentration, and I'm not even anticipating the end of the run until it's over. It's also more of a whole body workout.

I sometimes need to stop and breath because the mountain is hard. Is very nice the nature here. Now we have the autumn colors around. Amazing.
