In 4 weeks I will be standing near the red rocks which give the state its name and I'll be going, WTF did I just do? It'll be good but the transition not so easy at times.

Yes I've been hearing about the real estate market. What's going on, everyone wanting to get their share of legal pot? The green rush of 2014? Alas the selling market here is soft, and that whole deal was probably the biggest nay factor in the decision.
