I know it's a bland question, but please humor me.

And are you training for any races?

ZiggyStardust

25-30...sometimes less. Used to be more before I had a kid. Marathon in a couple of weeks, for which I'm undertrained, but it's more a matter of principle than PR.

I suck, but having a small kid can do that to you...

Handsome Jack

40-45 normally. Up to 60 a couple of times during marathon training (like now).

42-45.  I get over trained if I do more than that.

caito

Right now, in the 50's.  Marathon training.

Normally, 30-40-something.

I veer between 25 and 35, I think I want to be at 40 mpw before I look at any races.

I'm also slow. I'm 182 pounds and look pretty fit and thin, but I think dropping 10 pounds would do a world of good for performance.

40-50 maintenance....45-60 marathon....and trying to hit a couple of 70s before Tallahassee Marathon in Feb...

After this marathon, I'm thinking about taking my maintenance down to 35-40 and focus on Triathlon for a season...

Carson

Base is around 50. I have done up to the low 90s in marathon training cycle. Rehabbing right now so I'm just reaching 40.

Oy I think I'm undertrained for my marathon... I think my biggest week was 42

Depends what I am training for.  When I train for a marathon, it's 50+.  When I am training for a half marathon it peaks at 40.  When I am sprinting (100 meter dash, 200 meter dash, 60 meter dash) like I will be this winter, mileage is n/a; training is about quality not piling up the miles. Right now, 12-15 miles because I am transitioning from distance running to sprinting.

I doing about 25 to 30 now.  Starting tomorrow, I'm going to try to ramp it up a bit.  Last year at this time, I was hitting 40.

Zapatista

30-35 which takes up more time than it used to take to run 50.

GreenMan

12-15. Hoping to increase before long.

no, I did marathons on 35 mpw in the past. and they were sub-4 hours. Now that I am older, though, ...

I ran my best 5k races when I was running 40 to 45 mpw, and my regular training pace was a hell of a lot faster. I was also about 14 pounds lighter.

I had a sub 4 this passed spring on 35 mpw, and I'm in no way a natural...

Run Amok

At this moment trying to keep 20-25 consistently on the schedule. When I'm fitter and faster 30-35 comes more easily.
