I haven't had any interest in Yammering for years and my participation in Running has waned as well.

Thanks for all your efforts. Having run several on-line communities in the past, I fully understand how much effort goes into it and how excruciating a process it is when making the decision about whether to continue or not.

The announcement has been made that the upgrade will commence this Friday evening (erroneously saying 10/14 instead of 11/14).

Tentative upgrade plan:
1. Place CH in maintenance mode.
2. Backup Database
3. Backup all other CH data and pages.  This is a complete copy of the forum directories.
4. Request OS upgrade from web server provider.
5. Wait...
6. Wait...
7. Restore the forum directories.
8. Restore database.
9. Test. 
10. Place forum back on-line.
