My wife's 3rd day in labor. I got in 6 miles when I was taking care of some farm chores. It was cold and windy, 34°F felt like 27°F.

I got back to the hospital with about an hour to spare to help deliver my daughter.

This was my wife's 2nd day in Labor but she wanted me to go running(seriously) so I did.

I got in 4.5 miles from the hospital and then 3.5 miles when I went home to take care of some farm chores. It was supposed to be a 16 mile day but I was happy with 8. The first run it was warm and sunny and the second it was warm and thunder storming(which I was ok with).

Run commute day. 7K morning in 18°F and 7K evening home in 37°F temps. 

8.4 miles with warm up and 8X 1km tempo reps and short cool down

Heavy rain and an appointment this morning serendipitously came at the same time and then both ended at the same time. I took advantage of the situation and got a 3 mile run in after both ended.

11 miles Sunday on a river bluff bike path--that was pretty cool. Saw some bald eagles and heard the sanhill cranes migrating north.

44 for the week plus a couple decent xc ski outings (season is almost over).
