10 with a group of my teammates. It was cold and cloudy this morning.
A big storm is kicking up this evening with up to 18" of snow although it might be somewhat less.

Infusion again Friday, but felt great this morning so did 5 miles. Bit chilly at 38°F, but nice patchy blue sky.

Total of 15.6 miles. I did a 3 mile warm up then on the track did 6 miles at 6:15 pace w/ a 4 minute rest after and 3 x 1 mile at 5:35 pace w/ 3 minute jog between, then back to the road for cool down to 15.6 miles.

It wasn't too chilly, 41°F and sunny but super windy with gusts up to 50 mph.

6 miles and some strides.

It was a little nasty and overcast at 40°F with a lot of wind. Some snow flurries.

5k, 80% hike/20% run. 85% trail, 15% road.
14*C(58F).
Just keeping things moving as the taper to race day (8 days) begins.
Might do another short jog tonight.

Missed my Wednesday run due to an early morning meeting.  Back to it today and back in long sleeves, long sweats, hat, and gloves.  32F, but windy so feels like of 28.  I ran in shorts on Monday! 


Anyway, had to cut my run short at 2 miles due to some calf muscle tightness.  I've had issues before as I get back to running with calf muscle strains, so I'm not messing around with it when I feel it.  It feels fine now, though a little tight.  So hopefully it'll be good for my next run on Monday.

Back below freezing and blustery, but rain has moved on. 11.25K.

40°F rainy run. 3 miles.

7.7 miles. Our false spring is over and March is back but luckily it wasn't too bad at about 37°F, overcast, and a bit of wind.
