A rare Saturday run for me.  Foggy and 55F - so perfect weather.  2.5 miles and ever so slowly feeling better on these runs.

8.3 miles with 4-mile tempo run that turned into a progression, 6:40 to 6:20 pace. 4X 45 seconds getting down to 5:20/mile pace.

Heat not as oppressive as yesterday. 10.3K 

Warmer here too, but not hot yet at 68. Very sunny so I tried to pick a route that allowed my 4 miles to be in the shade. It was rather hilly though.

3 mile warm up. Was aiming for 10X600 W/400 jog and got a bit over half into the 7th and called it done on the intervals, and a 2 mile cool down. Split the 600s in 1:57, 1:57, 1:54, 1:58, 2:03, 2:01.

It wasn't quite as bad as the past couple days but was 83°F with 70% humidity so I'm sure that played a role. Looking forward to some less humid weather tomorrow!

It was gorgeous here in Maine yesterday.  I thought it was cooler than it was and wore a long sleeve shirt.  Should have gone with the short sleeves, but it still felt great to run in 53F weather.  A little over 2 miles with the extra hills we have here.

Yup, hot & steamy here too. A 10K slog for me. 

7 miles and strides.

Today was even more oppressive than yesterday. It was 91°F and 56% humidity. The whole run felt like a slog. Tomorrow I have another interval session I may have to pare back if the weather is like this again(it's supposed to be).

2 mile warm up, 6 miles alternating pace(5:57, 6:28, 5:51, 6:21, 5:42, 6:12), and a 2 mile cool down on the cinder rail trail.

It was 79°F and oppressively humid which made it feel like a much faster effort.

High humidity and warm, not quite hot but uncomfortably dripping.
10.2 miles with 6X 1mile at 10K effort (which turned out to be about 10 seconds slower per mile.
