Tweaked my back a bit this morning doing lawn and hedge clean up and trimming. Humidity pushing into the 90°Fs. Easy late afternoon 8K. 

Humidity picked up here too. Fortunately my schedule today allowed me to do a run on the cooler waterfront trail. 10.5K

Cool and rainy 59° day, but got 4 miles run done when we got a break. Rain started up again as I was on my cooldown walk home. Can't ask for better weather cooperation.

Muggy double on trails
early AM -6.2 miles on hilly ski trails
noon - 3.9 miles on less hilly trail system, but still 70 feet a mile of vertical

7.5 miles and some strides. I had to go in to town and run with my work phone on me cause I'm on call and have no cell service on local roads.

First 3 miles felt harder than they should have, I have some soreness and fatigue from last week's mileage

Yeesh, staying consistent has been a real challenge with a bunch of travel over the last month.  Got my first run of the summer in Maine today and it felt pretty good.  My mileage is still crap, but now that we'll be in the same place for several months I'm hoping to regain my consistency with 3-4 runs/week.  A mere 2.1 miles today, but I got it done. 

13.7 miles at an easy-moderate effort in some humid but not yet too hot conditions.

Awesome late Spring weather. 25K

Worked a race this morning with a 4:30am wake up call. Didn't get home till 3:30pm. Ate, napped and went out for an easy 5K. 

A bit over 13.1 miles through town and on a town adjacent trail to get a little bit of elevation worked in.

The weather was warm in the sun but it was so much better than the last few days at 74°F.

Capped off a 62.9 mile week, my highest ever by 12.5 miles and 21.5 miles more than last week.
