I may have asked you this, and I'm sorry if I did, but what immunotherapy are you on? I got mine, Ocrevus, yesterday. My resting heart rate is up, my workout heart rate was higher than normal(despite feeling like an easy run), and I feel wired from the pre-infusion steroids.

I did 5 miles and felt almost over dressed in shorts and a long sleeve. If I'm still feeling this good tomorrow I'm planning on a 15 mile run.

I know some people swear by the Garmins. Last time I looked into them was generations ago and they were too large and had the issues I think you likely had. I got my COROS in August and I love it, does everything I need it to and the dual band GPS works perfect.

Abbey-normal temps at 60-63°F. Shorts with a long sleeved 1/4 zip top. Mixture of sun, cloud and a couple bouts of drizzle. 26.2K

5k road, back at it after following 8 straight run days (a PR) with 3 straight recovery/off days (not a PR)

2/3 zone 2 and 1/3 zone 1, a good sign I'm recovered since I was just trying to stay zone 1/2.

Time to start a new running streak!

Oh and 10*C (50F) was too cold for short sleeves and no gloves at just zone 2! I'd had false info that it was a bit warmer. Fought through it and luckily finished everything between rounds of rain.

Impressed everyone's toughing it out in the cold/rain.

Worked late and was tired and thought another day off wouldn't hurt me. I guess we'll see

I used to run with the Pixel Watch 3 and it did a nice job with all my stats but there were two things that made me decide to switch to a dedicated running watch. One was the battery life and the other was the absence of a physical button to start, stop, and pause which made it a hassle in rain or sweaty conditions and sometimes it would give me issues starting races.

So I switched to the COROS Pace Pro and it addresses the physical button thing and way exceeded my battery life expectations. It does just as good a job, if not better, than the Pixel did and the battery lasts like two weeks and not one and a half days.

Anyway, I never really did much of the other smart stuff the Pixel watch did so I'm thrilled I made the switch. COROS has variety of different ones and I'm sure Garmin does too.

5.3 miles in the mist and drizzle on muddy trails interspersed with patches of ice. Great little run and nice to be back on soft surfaces again.   

Misty morning at the freezing mark, so made for some dicey footing at times for the 7K morning run commute. Light showers in the evening, so just 2K run from the Subway station.

Another chilly and wet morning.  2.6 miles miles with a wet beard.  Got 'er done.
