It was big at CR and PRT, I don't think it was ever that popular here.

We had a couple of memorable Pugs back in Ye Olde CH (Gay Pug springs to mind!), but I agree -- I don't think it ever got much traction here.

Re beers, lately DH is into this



and various sour beers, which I also like. Think beer kombucha if you're unfamiliar.


And I'm still stocking Apothic Red in the wine cellar. Last night tried their Apothic Dark, which was also good, but I prefer the red blend. And various moscatos.

Merlot.  What a scam.  When winemakers screw up a run of cabernet sauvignon, they bottle the results and call it Merlot.
