Only one rule, they can't be currently playing in theaters.

I intend to watch Master and Commander later, thanks SD!

I haven't watched an old movie this week.

JFK? The only good scene is the Joe Pesci freakout in wig.

I just watched Annie with dd.  I remember not much liking it as a kid but as a middle aged woman... So much better!  Daddy Warbucks is kind of hot.  miss Flanagan is hilarious and that was some really good acting.  Annie herself is kind of horrible but also strangely fascinating - she seemed very mature for her years (the actor, not the character)
C also loved it.

I watched The Deep(1977) neat underwater stuff, but the plot lacked logic and got silly towards the end.

We watched Blade Runner last night. I hadn't seen it in years, and had forgotten how fantastically it was shot. It is a gorgeous film.

Plus, 1982 Harrison Ford is not hard on the eyes, either.

had an eastwood extravaganza with dad; watched "high plains drifter" and "pale rider" for the first time in decades.

Haven't watched anything in a bit, but the boychild and I watched the Dirty Dozen back during the summer when the wimminfolk were away at guides.
I've been doing this how long?

Enemy(2013)

Interesting, not especially great.

The same director that did Sicario.

Not an old movie, but still somewhat relevant -- I saw the Blade Runner sequel in the theater last night.

Could have used a little more editing (it was super long), but also a treat for the eyes. And really great special effects.
