Have you picked up the pace, slacker?? Prolly shouldn't have any spoilers in this thread—what if some rando stumbled on CHRunners, then found this innocent movie thread, then...had all of High Castle spoiled when they were only an episode away from the finale
They'd be scarred for life is what'd happen. Then they'd never get Kelly Ripa updates.

I loved it! My husband never watched it, so if I get him to watch it, I'll just watch it with him.
Same with High Castle, actually.
But first, movies galore—my kid commented tonight, "I can't believe we're seeing Jumanji this weekend and Star Wars next weekend!"

The new ones have been good. Plus, although I haven't seen that new Adam Driver movie, I've been all-in on the Adam Driver bandwagon for years.
But I also really liked the last Jumanji and am fully prepared to be even more touched than I was by Brittany Runs a Marathon (which yet another nonrunning coworker reccoed to me this friggin week).

I'd never choose to go to the movies by myself. Not that I disapprove, but I figure any movie will end up on tv at some point. But, my kid is into the occasional movie, so we see maybe 1 or 2 in a theater in any given year.
