so, it's been a long while, but Wayne made stuffed bologna



he stuffed it with the same stuffing he would use for chicken or turkey, which from the comments sounds like a popular option... but from the comments it seems that stuffing with mashed potatoes, cabbage roll filling, or even Kraft Dinner is acceptable.

that was often on the menu in my middle school cafeteria - stuffed with mashed potatoes and served with clear gravy.

Exhibit B - Elaine had leftover chili, so she made chili dog casserole topped with "taters". I believe this is not yet cooked, it is probable on close inspection that the taters are still frozen.

I'm imagining that's a dusting of Old Bay.  Or sprinkle of vadouvan curry spice blend.  Tasty taters!

i think kraft dinner tastes better, but i'm relying on a 40 year old-ish memory, here.
